If you are 1 vehicle + 1 driver + 1 passenger in a group of 10 vehicles , the total cost for you is (A)+270 USD / 248 EURO = 1,433 USD / 1,345 EURO (Two people share one double-room OR twin room).
If you are 1 vehicle + 1 driver + 0 passenger in a group of 10 vehicles , the total cost for you is (A) = 1,163 USD / 1,097 EURO

🛎️ SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

✔️ INCLUDE:
- Customs Security Deposit for vehicles if it is less than USD 10,000 per vehicle.
- Accommodations for 6 nights.(5 nights in Kashgar and 1 night in Tashkurgan)
- All necessary paperwork for the 5-day transit overland tour in China, including related local travel permits for Xinjiang.
- Border crossing formalities(import & export): Customs clearance, China inspection and quarantine for your vehicles.
- Temporary Chinese driver licenses for riders/drivers and Chinese number plate for all vehicles.
- All costs for a local Xinjiang English-speaking tour guide and a local support car with a driver(Compulsory).
- Traffic liability compulsory insurance for your vehicles and basic travel insurance for all travelers.
- Agency service fee for information consulting, paperwork application, tour organizing and coordinating,
documents translation, visa application assistance(by providing all necessary paperwork, such as letter of invitation, hotel list etc.)
❌ EXCLUDE:
- Meals;
- Entrance tickets for scenic spots;
- The visa fees that you need to pay the Chinese Embassy on spot are not included.
- Fuel, toll, parking, maintenance, additional traffic accident compensation (When the compensation is beyond the coverage of the basic travel insurance), emergency transportation etc. of customers’ vehicle.
- Costs for temporary adjustments to the fixed schedule which caused by customers’ own reason. I.e, in case you have to enter China/exit China earlier or later than the fixed dates.
- Other personal expenses, like drinks, entertainment and tips, etc.
